I try to whenever I can. [which is pretty true! it's just that most of his promises involve bloodshed and violence of some sort. it takes him much longer to deliver a cake or bike than it does to deliver a swift asskicking.]

I wasn't able to ask for your flavors of preference though, but we were running low on ingredients anyway so it wouldn't have made much of a difference. [no actually their kitchen is pretty well-stocked and it took him a while to figure out a decent flavor combination he figured she might like.....]
